We ship all orders on the same day they are placed (Monday–Saturday), as long as the order is received before our daily cutoff time. Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the next business day.
We use fast and reliable shipping services to ensure your spices arrive quickly and fresh. Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately after placing it. We begin processing quickly to ensure same-day shipping, so cancellations may not be possible after the order has been packed or shipped.

Yes, you may return the unopened spices for full refund, however we unfortunately do not cover return fees unless otherwise specified.
You may mail the package with the original packing slip inside from the nearest Fedex in your area. Once, we receive the package, your refund will be processed. Our team can also happily work with you to provide a return label with the cheapest possible courier or postal service.
