Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Gemorybo. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Due to the nature of our products (spices and food items), we do not accept returns on opened or used products for safety and hygiene reasons unless the item is defective or damaged.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will gladly offer:
A replacement
A refund
Or store credit, depending on your preference
Please include photos of the damaged or incorrect items and your order number when contacting us.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”. We will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Please do not send returns without prior approval, as we may not be able to process them.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

Opened food products
